Creating Something from Nothing Meditation
Happy Sunday evening, friends! It's been a great day at our house. (Most of the day has been spent out of the house!). I taught my meditation class at #LifetimeFitness in #Summerlin this morning at 9:30, and then ran my six-mile Sunday run. I turn off the pounding beats that usually support my runs, and listen to #LaurenDaigle or other inspirational messages and music to prop up my heart and steady me for what the week will bring. We then went back to the gym with the kids and let them swim while I soaked old bones and muscles in the bubbling hot tub.
I wanted to share with you today's meditation class. Create a quiet space this week and enjoy the #guidedmeditation to help you rest your mind and body, and perhaps lay the foundation to a week of creating something out of nothing.
